Party balloons, first invented in 1824, have steadily gained adoration over the years and are now commonplace at most parties. There are a few variations on the classic, but most of them are made of the same basic components.
They are a popular “party decoration” at almost any kind of event. They come in many shapes, colors and sizes. They can be filled with air, but helium is also widely used to make them float.
