Description
Most multimedia files, as well as discs, computers, and network streaming protocols, are supported by this free and open source cross-platform multimedia player. VLC is a free multimedia player that has no advertising, no paid features, no monitoring, and is produced by committed volunteers. Any of the source code is freely available. Like the laptop edition of 'VLC,' it can play any video and audio files, as well as network streams, network shares and drives, and DVD ISOs. Can run on Android TV and display a popup view, see information below.
Widgets can monitor network connections, control vibration, start automatically, and perform voice searches, among other things. Only Android TV devices can use the widget.
