Description
Castify for Android has over 5,000,000 users and allows you to cast your videos to "TV." IPTV supports m3u playlists, so you can cast web videos from websites. With compatible streaming devices, you can cast a video, music, or picture from your phone/tablet to your TV. Google Chromecast and Google Cast receivers are the best options for this app. This isn't a screen-mirroring or-sharing app for your tablet. Other casting receivers can have restricted functionality for users. For Android 6.0 Marshmallow and up, Apple AirPlay must be allowed in settings, and Battery Optimization must be disabled. Local cast of audio and picture is not supported.
DLNA devices, Android "TV," Xbox One & Xbox 360, WebOS, and Netcast are all examples of DLNA devices. The Google Chromecast software (also known as DLNA) is installed into some Smart TVs. The video sources are not modified, downloaded, or transcoded by Castify. A strong internet connection is needed to stream online movies to "TV."
